Mike Harder not guilty of injuring fan

After video analysis, Mike Harder of VEU Feldkirch of the Austrian Nationalliga, was found innocent by the league of causing injury to a spectator from league rival EHC Lustenau. Near the end of the 3rd semi-final game which the home side, Lustenau won 5-2, fans swarmed the Feldkirch bench and showered the players with beer and other refreshments. The injured fan fell while attempting to climb the plexiglass behind the bench. Club officials from Lustenau had accused Harder of inciting the incident and had tried to have him suspended by the league.
