Frankfurt makes off-season moves after play-off loss

The Frankfurt Lions have made their first player announcements since losing out to the Hamburg Freezers in the pre-playoff round. No longer with the team next season are defencemen Chris Armstrong, Bryan Muir and forward Jeff Heerema. For his part, defenceman Lance Ward has already signed back with HV71 of the Swedish Elitserie where he played from 2006-08.
