Former Zug player Kevin Todd sues ZSC sport manager

Former Zug star, Kevin Todd is suing Edgar Salis for damages resulting from an on-ice incident in a game in 1999. Todd was injured in the collision which resulted in him being a partial invalid. No penalty was called against Salis on the play and in an earlier court case, Salis was found innocent. Now, Todd is taking the case to civil court despite the fact that he has already been paid out 5.5 million Swiss Francs in damages in an out of court settlement with the insurance company. The former NHLer played less than one complete season in Switzerland.
