Domenichelli turns down Swiss national team

Despite having just received his Swiss citizenship, Hnat Domenichelli has been forced to withdraw his services for the upcoming World Championships in Bern and Zurich. The reason given was a knee injury which has kept the 33-year-old former NHLer out of the HC Lugano line-up.
