Berlin sweeps through to DEL semis

Regular season champions Eisbären Berlin won 4-1 on the road to eliminate the Hamburg Freezers and punched their ticket to the DEL semifinals. Denis Pederson scored the eventual game winner at 9:05 of the second period while Tyson Mulock added some insurance later in the same period. Rob Zepp made 24 saves to get the win.
